As we will not be able to do our regular markets so we are bringing our buns to you for this trying time.

We are limiting our deliveries to London only at this time. The minimum order is £10 and the delivery fee
is £4.50 and Nationwide £5.50

FAQs
DO YOU DELIVER OUTSIDE OF LONDON?
We do postal deliveries to most of the UK and we deliver to certain parts of London.
We only post out on a weekday, so if ordering on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday for Nationwide delivery it will be sent out on the Monday.
9am Cut off on Thursday for Friday delivery otherwise it will be posted out on Monday also.

HOW ARE MY BUNS GOING TO BE DELIVERED
Postal orders are made by a courier delivery and London deliveries are hand delivered by one of our staff. Cut off times for orders are 2pm as we buy our ingredients fresh.

WHAT IF WE MISS OUR DELIVERY?
Someone needs to be available at the delivery address at the time of delivery to receive the order. If No-one is home we will try to leave the item in a safe place where possible. Please note our puddings and cakes are fresh and need to be refrigerated once delivered. We do not take responsibility for delays or spoiling of items due to no one being at home.

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?
Due to the perishable nature of the products that we make, unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds. Once you have placed your order there is not an option to cancel. It is your responsibility to ensure you are available to receive the goods when they are delivered.

CAN I COLLECT MY ORDER?
At the moment we do not offer a collection service.
